Like I said in my post earlier today, we visited Mercedes Benz (museum/factory) today …

It is our third car company in three days.  While I don’t mind car stuff, I think I need a break from looking at cars. At this point, the story of and process by which Audi, Porsche, and Mercedes makes their cars are all starting blend together.

Out of all of the car companies we have visited on this trip Mercedes’ museum was probably the best, simply because it integrated historical events in with the story of the company and the cars. It was also the busiest out of the company’s we visited.  I think what made Mercedes different from the other companies, is through it research, design, and innovation the company has reached every sector of daily life – from driving to flying to emergency/service vehicles – and that was reflected at the museum.

After the last three days, I am ready for a change in pace and ready to get back to being in the outdoors and exploring different cities and sites.
